As the year starts, London Fashion Week Men’s opens the show’s season with many new designers showing their collections at the British capital.

Lou Dalton presented his Autumn/Winter collection in cooperation with John Smedley. The pieces showed a truthful approach to the brand’s adventurous and wearable DNA, with printed polos and striped knitwear garments, as shown by Joaquim Arnell.

Joaquim also walked for the brand Feng Chen Wang (see picture below).
The model appeared in an all-blue look, in washed-out tie-dyes tones, that represented the lotus (symbolizing the designer’s mother, who inspired the collection). This season some young talents also raised the bar with disruptive designs and collections. Mowalola, from the Fashion East School, was one of the most commented. The Nigerian designer showed extra-low-rise skirts and pants as demonstrated by the model Fábio Tavares, who walked at this show.

In a more patriotic approach Delada continues to be inspired by Lada Komarova’s Soviet and Russian upbringing. Diogo Reis presented one of the collection’s key looks surrounded by what seemed like political posters and elements.
